Our History

After months of prayer and fasting, while seeking the face of the Lord for direction, on February 1^st, 2015 at 9am, with the Lord’s guidance and the permission of Bishop Tony O. Carter, Perfected Praise and Deliverance Temple was birthed in the city of Charlotte, NC.  While the birthing process was not easy, at the appointed time, God made provision for the ministry to come forth. 

Embarking on a journey into the unknown, Elder Jermaine Dalton and Minister Katricia Dalton began a journey to spread the Gospel and to positively impact the lives of those with whom they encountered.  From the beginning, the Lord laid a foundation of faithful workers and while at first sight, they may appear small in number, all are mighty in anointing and power.

In June of that same year, Elder Dalton was officially installed as Pastor of the ministry and given then the charge, by Dr. Carter, to “go forth and spread the Word”.  Two years after inception of the ministry, during Holy Convocation 2017, Minister Dalton was ordained to the office of Elder.   At the conclusion of the church anniversary services of 2019, Elder Katricia Dalton was elevated to Executive Pastor of Perfected Praise and Deliverance Temple.  Later that same year, Pastor Jermaine Dalton was appointed to the position of Overseer.  During Holy Convocation of 2023, at the unction of God and under the watchful eye of Apostle T. O. Carter, Overseer Dalton was consecrated a Bishop within the Triumphant Pentecostal Church (Apostolic) Inc.

With a heart for young people, Bishop Jermaine Dalton seeks out opportunities to touch, inspire and mentor our youth.  His desire is to lay a spiritual foundation and plant seeds of hope to show them that Jesus is the answer to all of their questions and the solution to each of their problems. 

Pastor Katricia Dalton has a dynamic women’s ministry. Her charge is to minister to our wounded, broken hearted and downtrodden sisters, preaching a message of healing and deliverance.  Her mission is to “help a sister out and let them know that Jesus is the way”.

Over the past eleven years, Perfected Praise and Deliverance Temple has experienced growth and seen God perform miracle after miracle.  The Saints have been healed of cancer, diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, and kidney disease just to name a few.  In the words of Bishop Dalton, “after we pray, we praise, because we stand in expectation of what God is about to do”.   

On behalf of Perfected Praise and Deliverance Temple, we thank each of you for all that you have done and will do in the future.  Perfected Praise and Deliverance Temple is the place where PRAISE IS OUR WEAPON AND MANIFESTATION IS OUR PORTION!!!!
